First up is a nice wee appetiser for the hotly anticipated new Jamie Lidell LP. His 2005 release "Multiply" was one of my top albums of the past few years and is a firm shop favourite. This belter of a remix comes courtesy of Remi or rather his Remdog musical alter ego. He's got a free download EP coming soon so we'll be sure to keep you posted on that one.

Gonzales is someone who's stuff I can't say I've checked out but fell free to have a wee look yourselves.
Finally listening to that last one reminded me that I used to have an mp3 of Gonzales and TTC doing a nice version of their killer "Dans Le Club". It's not the greatest quality and I've no idea where it's from but I'd like to imagine that it's in the lobby of a fancy Parisian hotel and everyone involved is wearing dinner jackets.

and kit, been listening to ttc a ton lately. spread their crazy french gospel to a coworker and he's obsessed. its fun to blast absurdist french rap in the hood of baltimore
